Privacy notice

EBA Radar is a project of Charles White, based in Sydney. This notice explains what we collect and what we do with it. Last updated 3 November 2026.

If you reserve a spot

We collect your name, firm, work email and, if you give them, the industries you work in. We use them only to contact you about EBA Radar and to tailor your alerts.

If we emailed you first

We found your work email published on your firm's website and contacted you because your role involves enterprise bargaining. We keep a record of where we found it. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and we will not contact you again.

Where it is kept

Your details are kept in our business email (Google Workspace) and in a private list. We do not sell, rent or share them. Google Workspace and our web host, Vercel, handle them on our behalf and may store them outside Australia.

Access, correction and deletion

Email hello@ebaradar.com to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. We will do so within five working days.

The agreement information in EBA Radar comes from the Fair Work Commission's public register of approved agreements.
